Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join the Industrial Department in the business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.How you make the difference:You will be responsible for optimization of maintenance processes, respecting the quality and costs standards set. How your agenda looks like:You will be responsible for defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions;You will be responsible for identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory;You will organize interventions involving, as needed, its own technicians, external companies and/or suppliers;You will ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures;You will provides coaching activities for the implementation of the Operational Excellence corporate program. Your team:You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Technical Service Leader Italy.What makes you a great fit:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;Previous experience in the role (not mandatory);Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;Fluent use of the English language;Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
