Designing human experiences for complex technologies.
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to support and grow our commercial activities, contributing to customer development and market expansion initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to play an active part in identifying business opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Main Activities - Assist in the execution of sales strategies by supporting prospecting activities, managing client interactions, and following up on commercial opportunities.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, ensuring continuous engagement and a strong understanding of their needs.
- Support the organization and participation in client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits throughout the national territory.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to gain insight into products and services and align commercial proposals with customer expectations.
- Monitor market dynamics and customer feedback to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Support the preparation and management of commercial proposals, presentations, contractual documentation, and sales reports.
- Master degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Interest in building and developing a professional career in sales and business development.
- Availability for business travel within Italy.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work effectively within a team.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Location: Based in Modena
