We are looking for a Quality Sourcing Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Department in the business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.How you make the differenceYou will ensure supplier qualification and monitoring, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety standards through audits, performance evaluation, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to manage risks proactively.How your agenda looks like:? You will manage the supplier homologation process in line with regulations and internal standards? You will plan and conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions? You will oversee key operational activities (production, shipments, incoming goods) to ensure quality compliance? You will support suppliers on quality and food safety topics, including new product launches? You will manage customer complaints and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution?
