Position
We are looking for Front Office Assistant (Law 68/99) to join our team under. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, and supporting administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations. Main Responsibilities: · Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner · Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence · Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings · Provide administrative support to various departments · Maintain a clean and organized reception area · Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors if required · Support basic data entry and document management activities.
· High school diploma or equivalent · Previous experience in a similar front office or administrative role preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Nice to Have: ·Experience in international or corporate environments · Knowledge of additional languages
Location: Asolo (on-site) Working time: Part time Salary package: 25.000€ – 28.000€ (reproportioned for part time) + welfare 1.000€
