Our client is a leading company in the automotive sector. To support their continued growth and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly to senior management, and following an initial training period, the IT Manager will take full ownership of the company’s IT function. The candidate will ensure the operations of all IT systems, safeguard information security, and lead strategic IT projects to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure business continuity by resolving technical issues and coordinating internal teams and external consultants to maintain network infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of corporate IT systems.
• Supervise activities and the configuration of new machines and software.
• Monitor and analyze IT security, protecting the company from external threats and cyberattacks. Implement security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives. Advise management on suitable technological solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT management or similar roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills in software and system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server management and installation.
• Deep knowledge of networking and device management (firewalls, routers, switches, APs).
• Experience with cybersecurity assessments and ISO 27001 standards.
• Previous experience in ERP systems roll-out and management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and external vendors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across the organization.
