CAREL is searching for a versatile and skilled technician, that provides support for the brand’s products, leveraging their field and technical expertise. He/She is responsible for providing technical assistance to the company’s partners and clients. The role may require interventions both in Morocco and internationally, under the operational responsibility of the Technical Service Manager and administrative responsibility of the Director of CAREL Maghreb. Position based at the headquarters of our Casablanca subsidiary.

ACTIVITY

• Provide technical support to the company’s partners and clients.
• Conduct visits and training sessions for partners and clients.
• Draft technical documentation.
• Handle all technical inquiries related to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work effectively in a team while being autonomous in task execution.
• Support the sales team in project development and customer responses.
• Submit regular activity reports to the manager.
• Primary area of work: Morocco. International travel may be required.
• Contribute to the development of new service strategies and promote them.
• Provide after-sales support (first-level technical assistance for products not directly related to this role).

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Provide technical support to partners and clients.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and office IT tools.
• Understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems is required.
• Knowledge of control principles and humidification systems.
• Familiarity with supervision systems and communication protocols.
• Basic knowledge of electricity is desirable.
• Ability to identify and analyse new needs.
• Field experience is a plus.

ADDITIONAL SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Understanding of humidification systems and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
• Knowledge of refrigeration production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient in control loops and technical data related to the systems mentioned above.

SOFT SKILLS

• Proficient in French.
• English level: A2/B1.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to share knowledge.
• Adaptability to regulatory changes.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Contribute to the company’s cybersecurity by recognizing sensitive data.

PROFILE

You hold a Bachelor plus 2 years of experience after diploma, ideally in refrigeration and air conditioning. You have strong listening and analytical skills, and you’re comfortable with both written and verbal communication. You are service-oriented, patient, and enjoy solving problems. In this position, you will fully apply your skills within the French subsidiary of an international group.
