Role Purpose:

As a Senior Developer you will work closely with colleagues from the Innovation department and other teams across IT, Operations, and more throughout Europe, ensuring that all users can efficiently utilize our IT tools to perform their tasks effectively.

• Reports to: Head of Innovation Department

Key Accountability:

• Design, develop and maintain software applications and IT tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
• Ensure compliance with Nayak IT policies and procedures
• Ensure the scalability, security and performance of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions
• Draft technical documentation, user guides, and best practices
• Train and support users on newly developed or updated tools

Education:

·Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong problem analysis and solving abilities, accuracy and accountability
• Results-driven, quality-focused, and process-oriented
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Eligible to work in the EU
• Knowledge of at least one of: Nginx, Command Line, Insomnia, Material Design, PhpStorm, Xcode, Android Studio

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Backend: PHP (>8.0) Object oriented / Symfony framework / Rest API experience /GIT /Xdebug/ SQL
• Frontend: Javascript / Vue.js (3.0) / Vuetify / Gitlab ci/cd / Capacitor /Microsoft MSGraph
