descrizione	For a leading international company, we are looking for a PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT PRECESSES SPECIALIST Who joins the Operations team, specifically within the Payments & Account Processes area contributing to strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization. What you’ll do: Have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with company’s local and international brands and other departments to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of payment systems and the overall user experience Monitor and evaluate deposit and withdrawal performance, creating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making, translating data findings into actionable recommendations Drive the ideation and execution of strategies for process and product evolution, based on insightful data analysis and market trends Engage with our payments providers strong relationships in terms of innovative products and service levels Previous experience in this role Degree in Economics, Engineering or related Excellence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills working with multiple departments Proactivity to work even in the absence of continuous input with a problem-solving mindset and customer centricity skills Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Location: Rome Maternity cover contract
