We’re looking for Shift Leader for Yellow Technic!

• Position: Shift Leader
• Location: Barcelona – El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Shifts: Rotating 5 on / 5 off – Morning-Afternoon (6:00 am to 06:00 pm ) & Afternoon-Night (06:00 pm - 6:00 am)

Responsabilities: Take responsibility for the inspection and preventive and corrective maintenance of aircraft, ensuring compliance with aeronautical authority and manufacturer regulations, while managing and coordinating the technical staff assigned to the shift.

Main Duties:

• Carry out aeronautical maintenance activities authorized by the Personal License and the Company Authorization.
• Certify the work carried out, ensuring the correct completion of the forms required during aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure that the team complies with procedures, guaranteeing adequate service coverage.
• Report periodically on all work completed during the shift.
• Assign workloads to technicians on the assigned shift.
• Ensure that technicians on the assigned shift work in accordance.

Technical Skills:

• EASA B1 or B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with A320 type rating. Type rating 737 will be highly evaluated.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as B1 certifier.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience leading a team.
• Experience working knowledge of AMOS, AirNav and Office.
