The current role is available at both the Milan and Reggio Emilia office.

As a member of internal DSA (Distributes Systems Architecture) team, the person will be in charge of operation and delivery management related to mission critical systems. This position requires a strong self-starter with solid technical engineering background and influencing skills, who can lead the way, assist development teams with architecture, design decisions, coding, trouble shooting and any other technical issues related to implementation of a customer facing proposition.

This person will work closely with development and security teams and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure the company’s quality standards.

This person will also apply her/his knowledge to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on the Cloud;
• Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms;
• Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms;
• Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role;
• Ability to work with virtualization technology;
• Experience in monitoring and auditing systems;
• Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems;
• Knowhow to implement and control the flow of data, to and from a service provider;
• Capability to select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements;
• Capability to migrate on-premises workload to service providers.

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft systems management, IT operations, server platform infrastructure (Windows), general system administration;
• Vast knowledge of core Azure services (IaaS,PaaS) from architecture & design to production;
• Knowledge of scripting language (Powershell preferred);
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft core services on premise & cloud (Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, SCCM etc) ;
• Knowledge of Virtualization Technology (MS HyperV, VMWare);
• 3+ experience with Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, engineering or equivalent related IT experience. ;
• Cloud certifications (Azure or vendor neutral) are a plus;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
