Adecco Italia Spa, for an international company operating in the industrial sector, is looking for a: SENIOR SAP BUSINESS ANALYSTThe role of Senior SAP Business Analyst operates across all groups and reports to CTO and is central to ensuring a robust and future-proof S/4HANA technical foundation that supports the company's digital transformation. Main activities & accountabilities: coordinate complex build activities, reduce implementation risks, and ensure the platform is delivered with high quality and long-term maintainability; moreoever the figure will deliver the technical design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the company's next-generation ERP system, serving as the primary technical authority bridging infrastructure, integrations, and business process needs. The role ensures the S/4HANA is architected for scalability, performance, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities • Lead functional and technical analysis for the new S/4HANA • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define end-to end processes, requirements, and KPIs. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs. • Manage system configuration, testing, and validation. • Coordinate data migration, master data setup, and integration with existing systems (PLM, MES, CRM). • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities. • Ensure IT infrastructure, security, and integration standards. • Serve as subject-matter expert for ERP-related topics and business process design.
