Liu Jo is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (35h) for our store located in Antwerp.
About the Role: Support all operational and managerial activities within the store.
Responsibilities: - Support all operational and managerial activities within the store.
- Deliver excellent assisted sales, drive sales performance, and boost profitability through effective team collaboration.
- Motivate, guide, and support the onboarding and training of new sales assistants.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs to strengthen overall performance.
- Ensure the store maintains an appealing, premium aesthetic aligned with Liu Jo’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications: Professional experience in the fashion industry, ideally with medium–high-end women’s clothing brands.
Required Skills: - Strong coordination skills and a natural inclination for teamwork.
- Engaging, empathetic, and customer-oriented communication style.
- Strong results orientation and proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Passion for fashion and current trends.
- Fluency in Flemish and English (both mandatory).
- French is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Residency close to the store is preferred.
