To expand global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in high-potential markets.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share across Europe, Asia and Australia. He/She will identify new business opportunities, manage distributor networks, and position the brand as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new business opportunities in Europae Asia and Australia.
- Distributor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage international distributors and commercial partners.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored market-entry and growth strategies for each region.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, clinics, and partners.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of international sales experience, specifically in the beauty, cosmetics, medical aesthetics, or wellness industry.
- Geographical Expertise: Proven track record of managing and growing networks in Europe, Asia and Australia
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and highly target-oriented.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
