Sales Manager EMEA – Beauty

Our client is a leading international company operating in the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a portfolio of well-established brands distributed worldwide. Recognized for its entrepreneurial mindset, continuous innovation, and strong consumer focus, the company offers a dynamic international environment where commercial excellence and business growth are key priorities.

To support its ambitious growth plans across the EMEA region, our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager EMEA.

Reporting directly to the General Manager EMEA, the candidate will define and execute the regional commercial strategy, driving sustainable business growth across multiple markets. The role will oversee both existing business and new market development, leading strategic customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand the company's footprint throughout the region.

Working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Leadership, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial direction of the EMEA business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA sales strategy in line with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead and develop commercial activities across the region, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations and establish regional framework agreements.
• Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the region.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and commercial execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

• Extensive international sales leadership experience within the Beauty industry.
• Proven track record of managing multi-country commercial organizations across the EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of the drugstore, perfumery, and retail distribution channels, together with experience working with distributors.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
• Outstanding negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

Location: remote working (Europe based)

Total salary package ranging from €120.000 to €150.000.
